Global mobilization across four countries during one of the most challenging logistics scenarios in our operation. Clearance completed on the third business day after arrival in Brazil.

How the 70% reduction was achieved

We applied the GRICCO training method — using the vessel's own crew members for hands-on training, eliminating travel to external centers, and applying Train the Trainer during mobilization. Content was tailored to the TEMIS context and crew.
